NEC Classic And Sportscar Show

We were on the Capri Club International stand at the Classic and Sportscar show at the NEC, Birmingham, UK November 2008.

Winner of "Best Modified Capri" class at the show. We won a nice silver plate and a bottle of wine!

Classic Ford Magazine came and did a professional photoshoot on the car on Monday 28th July.

Rolling shell respray in original 2-tone ford colours (galcier blue top, mid blue metallic bottom).
Bumpers, door trim, door handles etc. all resprayed in satin black.
Inner wing modded to take Battery.
Modified radiator mounts to fit larger radiator as close to the front as possible.
Silver over red 2.8i striping (was originally red over silver but looked a little harsh!).
Locking bonnet lifting struts (rover 800).
